Job Description

1) Job Purpose

To Manage the Branch Administration, Operations and profitability.

2) Principal Accountabilities
1. Managing Operations and overall administration of Branch
2. Responsible for driving business for products like Home Loan, Loan Against Property(LAP),SME,PL,BL,Credit Card all retail assets products
3. Monitor Business productivity in coordination with Bank Representatives
4. Manage Human Resource related compliances and formalities and ensure acquisition, training and development of Staff
5. Management of sales process, and data management at branch
6. Ensuring compliance with all laid down norms/guidelines and statutory requirements (SLA /IBA /RBI /Labour /Legal /IRDA)
7. Cost Management and cost effectiveness at branches to ensure profitability

3) Skills and Knowledge

1. Post Graduate/ Graduate with at least 4 years of relevant experience in Financial Services Business.
2. Detail oriented and well versed with current functional practices
3. Ability to manage large teams
4. Analytical and innovative
5. Customer Orientation

Salary 4 Lac 25 Thousand To 10 Lac P.A.
