Assess client requirements, initiate & maintain client interactions, provide inputs on pricing, participate in proposal discussions.
• Support the transaction Advisory team conclude office transactions – predominantly focussing on the Indian market, especially Mumbai. This includes involvement in preparing of information memorandums, financial analysis, analytical, market intelligence, and inputs from solicitors & tax consultants.
• Ensure timeliness and accuracy of deliverables. Demonstrated client and program management skills for sale/acquisition transactions, including coordination with offshore teams and clients. Candidate should have demonstrated the ability to independently conduct project meetings, follow-ups.
• Ensuring optimum client service delivery and engagement - calls, meetings, site visits, presentations, follow up, accurate & timely submission of company proposals to prospective clientele and overall governance during the execution phase.
